About Us

In recent years, St. Louis homebuilders have had a wider selection of granite countertop fabricators to choose from. However, we at Metro Marble & Granite, L.LC. feel that homebuilders and custom home builders especially share a valued understanding and partnership based on communication and desire for detail. Metro Marble & Granite, L.L.C. is the largest stone fabricator in the St. Louis/Metro area. We maintain a staff of 75 employees with annual sales of $8.0 million. The continued growth of our large clientele has led to the construction of a 30,000 square foot fabrication facility, located in Granite City, IL.

Metro promises to keep up with technological advancements so that we can deliver a quality product to our clients at a lower rate than our competitors. Metro's Streamline Fabrication Process begins with our Photo-Top Digital Templating System which allows for a faster and smoother templating process. Our CNC controlled Bridge Saw and CNC Polisher together cut and polish stone tops to perfection. Finally, our Water-Jet Cutting Technology can cut out any shape including intricate floor medallions. Metro's fabrication process along with our staff of engineers not only allows for Metro to produce a more efficient and accurate stone product, but also allows for a faster turnaround to our clientele. Our expertise ranges from granite, marble and limestone slab fabrication and installation for kitchen tops, vanities, tub decks, fireplaces and bar tops to professional ceramic and natural stone tile installation.

MMG is also expanding to further meet the needs of services in the industry. In March 2003, Premiere Hardwoods, L.L.C. joined our professional family. Premiere Hardwoods, L.L.C. was a locally owned company in Glen Carbon, IL with its own reputation for quality service. With this addition, we now have expanded flooring options for both residential and commercial projects. We are pleased to be able to accommodate all of our customers with the need for multiple options on tops and flooring.
